Subscriptions
At the Card and Season Ticket Office, located at 162 Twin Cities Street c/o the Permit Office, you can purchase season tickets that are available to users, listed below on the page. The subscriptions are of various types and amounts differentiated in relation to requirements, parking required and, of course, duration. In order to facilitate users, at the Card and Pass Office, it is possible to pay by credit card and ATM card for the issuance of parking passes on paid parking spaces. Public opening hours are as follows:
Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Online subscriptions
It is possible to purchase and renew parking meter subscriptions online by registering at the pass.brav.it/Lucca/Frontoffice/ portal. Ordinary subscriptions are immediately available for purchase after registration, while subsidized subscriptions can be issued, after signing the required statements, to those persons who meet the requirements in relation to the chosen type.
Prepaid Cards
“Scalar” cards are available for use for parking in the facility. They allow you to pay the current rate by going to consume the credit preloaded in the card.
The issuance of prepaid tiered cards, with a minimum value of €5.00 is subject to the presentation of the following documentation:
- Substitute statement to be completed on a special form at the time of application;
- Double-sided photocopy of ID card.

CICOGNA
A Cicogna subscription is provided on all parking meters operated parking lots:
- for pregnant women from the 7th month of gestation and up to 4 months after delivery at €10.00 monthly;
Subscriptions for
ELECTRIC VEHICLES
Electric vehicle passes are provided on all meter-operated parking lots:
- For vehicles with exclusive electric drive free of charge until 12/31/2025

Having reached the maximum capacity provided for non-occasional stationing, the issuance of passes at the Mazzini parking lot is TERMINATED

CARDUCCI
The following season tickets and passes are provided at the Carducci parking lot:
- badge for residents of the City of Lucca (also valid for the Palatucci parking lot) at € 1.00/entry up to 24h;
- for residents of the historic center at € 20.00 monthly;
- for employed and self-employed workers in the historic center and the area adjacent to Carducci at € 20.00 monthly;
- ordinary at €50.00 monthly;
Season tickets or scalar cards for the Carducci parking lot are NOT available among what can be purchased online.
Parking subscriptions
CITTADELLA
The following season tickets and passes are provided at the Citadel parking lot:
- ordinary at €50.00 monthly
- prepaid scalar reserved for residents of the historic center who hold permits cat. A1, A2 and A3
- scaling prepaid ordinary
Season tickets or scalar cards for Citadel parking are NOT available among what can be purchased online.
Parking subscriptions
STATION
The following subscriptions and passes are provided at the Station parking lot:
- prepaid scalar reserved for residents of the City of Lucca at € 1.00 daily;
- subscription for employed and self-employed workers in the historic center at € 30.00 monthly;
- subscription for employees and self-employed people in the Station area at €20.00 monthly;
- season ticket for workers or commuter students, FF.SS. season ticket holders at € 10.00 monthly;
- Scaling prepaid ordinary;
Season tickets or scalar cards for Station parking are NOT available among what can be purchased online
Parking subscriptions
PALATUCCI
The following season tickets and passes are provided at the Palatucci parking lot:
- badge for residents of the City of Lucca (also valid for the Carducci parking lot) at € 1.00/24h;
- for residents of the City of Lucca at € 10.00 monthly;
- for employees and self-employed people in the old town and the area adjacent to the parking lot € 10.00 monthly;
- ordinary at €50.00 monthly;
With the exception of the sign for RESIDENTS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUCCA, all Palatucci parking passes can be purchased online.

OUTDOOR METERED PARKING SPACES
At the parking meter parking lots on Pacini Avenue, Giusti Avenue, Curtatone Square, Mazzini Street, and Montegrappa Street, the following season tickets are provided for self-employed or employed workers and students:
- 20.00 if the subscription is monthly;
- 50.00 if it is quarterly;
- €90.00 if it is semiannual;
- 170.00 if it is annual;
Metered parking passes for Viale Pacini, Viale Giusti, Piazza Curtatone, Via Mazzini and Via Montegrappa can be purchased online.

METERED PARKING SPACES FOR COMMUTERS (STATION AREA)
At the metered parking lots on Viale Giusti, Piazza Curtatone, Via Mazzini, Via Montegrappa, the following commuter pass is provided for FF.SS. season ticket or bus pass holders:
- commuter season ticket holders FF.SS or bus pass at € 10.00 monthly;
Metered parking passes for Viale Giusti, Piazza Curtatone, Via Mazzini and Via Montegrappa can be purchased online.

PASCOLI STREET, LUPORINI AVENUE
At the metered parking lots on Via G. Pascoli and Viale Luporini, the following season ticket is provided for workers, whether employees or self-employed, of businesses located on the two streets indicated:
- Subscription for employees or self-employed persons at €10.00 monthly;
Parking passes for the metered parking spaces on G. Pascoli Street and Luporini Avenue can be purchased online.

CARLO DEL PRETE AVENUE
At the parking meter parking lot on Carlo Del Prete Avenue, the following season ticket is provided for employees or self-employed people in the downtown area:
- season ticket for employees or self-employed people in the historic center at € 100.00 monthly;
The Viale Carlo Del Prete metered parking pass can be purchased online.
