Restricted traffic zone permits
Users can apply for permits if they meet the requirements for issuance and following completion of the appropriate application available in the various sections.
The requirements, which are peculiar to each type of permit, and application forms can be viewed and downloaded from this website free of charge or picked up directly from the Permit Office.
It is also possible to do some application and renewal paperwork through the portal https://pass.brav.it/Lucca/Frontoffice/.
General forms
WARNING!!! It is mandatory to come to the counter with photocopies of the necessary documents.
Generic forms ancillary to permit applications (affidavit statement, proxy, license plate change, waiver request, etc.) can be downloaded in this section, while permit application forms are available on the appropriate pages.

Occasional Access Notice for Taxis and NCCs
Cabs and NCCs have the right to transit in the ZTL. To regularize transit, it will be necessary to fill out, within 48 working hours of access, the form below.
Or you can permanently enroll by sending the “Insertion Request” form to varchi@luccaplus.it. For those who are already enrolled, a “Replacement Request” form is available for changing license plates in case of car replacement.
