Service Charter
The CHARTER OF SERVICES constitutes a commitment that Lucca Plus Srl makes to citizens regarding the management of parking and all other services it provides.
II concept of a Service Charter can be likened to a written covenant between companies and citizen-users with the assumption of commitments and duties and originated, in the sphere of public services, from a directive of the President of the Council of Ministers dated 27/01/1994 on “Principles on the Provision of Public Services.”
Unlike other sectors, such as local public transport, there is no legal requirement for the parking sector to adopt a Service Charter. Nevertheless, the Municipal Administration of Lucca and Lucca Plus Srl have agreed that even parking services, as they are intended for collective use, should commit the manager to the provision of a service that is controlled, verifiable and understood by the user. For this reason, Lucca Plus Srl has produced this thirteenth edition of its Service Charter, drafted with logics, objectives and contents similar to those dictated by the standards valid for public services.
Things are getting worse and worse. I saw a man on the ground, motionless. I stepped off the sidewalk and asked him, “Is he sick?” He said, “No, it’s just that I found a parking space so I sent my wife to buy a car.”
