TOURIST INFORMATION AND RECEPTION

Lucca Plus manages :

1. 1. the tourist information point, located in Lucca, in Piazzale Verdi at the Old San Donato Gate is open to the public with the following hours: every day between 09:30 and 18:30 in the period from April 01 to October 31, and from 09:30 to 16:30 in the period from November 01 to March 31. The office is closed on December 25 and 26, while it opens at 11:30 a.m. on January 1;
   2. Tourist bus checkpoint ticket redemption:
      As per Municipal Resolution nr 225 of 10/10/2024 it is possible to make the purchase of the ticket for the tourist bus checkpoint only and exclusively through online payment on the portal of Lucca Plus s.r.l. (Tourism section> Tourist Bus) at the following link https://pass.brav.it/Lucca/Frontoffice/. We remind you that the purchase must be made before accessing the tourist bus ZTL (green zone) of the City of Lucca. On-site payment is not possible. For more information: checkpointbus@luccaplus.it

The territorial area of responsibility is the Lucca Plain, the IAT offices are the landing point of many visitors and the first visiting card of the city and the territory.
